We are proud to announce a strategic partnership between OffGridBox and SIGNALYTIC Uganda SMC Ltd under a Service Level Agreement supporting Rwanda’s nationwide digital health infrastructure initiative.

OffGridBox has been appointed as Technical Service Provider, supporting the implementation of this project.

Signalytic’s S+ Platforms are being deployed across 150 health facilities in Rwanda; these systems provide power, connectivity, and offline access to essential medical software. OffGridBox’s role is to conduct comprehensive technical evaluations, install the S+ system hardware, and provide structured post-installation maintenance.

Ultimately, this project directly benefits the Ministry of Health Rwanda MoH by electrifying and digitizing its remote health facilities. By providing reliable power and digital connectivity to these clinics, we support the Ministry’s efforts to ensure accountability, long-term sustainability, and uninterrupted healthcare for communities across the country.
